Dr. Rafael Moguel’s Clinics of the Heart in Los Cabos and Cozumel is pleased
to announce a new payment plan for MS-CCSVI patients seeking the groundbreaking
angioplasty treatment.
As an effort to assist multiple sclerosis CCSVI patients overcome the hardship of
having to cover the cost of seeking medical relief for their condition.
Clinics of the Heart will accept an initial payment equal to 50% of the total cost of the
patients treatment, the balance can be paid interest free in 6 or12 monthly instalments.
To qualify for this payment plan the patient will require a co-signer or guarantor and
to sign simple loan agreement and a promisory note.

Clinics of the Heart patients returning to Los Cabos or Cozumel may also obtain
interest free financing, please contact the Clinic Coordinator for details.
Payment plan applies for the angioplasty medical procedure only. It does not apply for
optional drug eluting or medicated balloons, hospital cost due to complications, medications,
blood thinners, etc. Hotel or travel expenses, meals, beverages or any incidental charge
not specifically mentioned.
