Naps. Siestas. My best times of the day tend to be first of the morning. Good sleep (hopefully) Being ¼ Spanish I recall an old tradition of an after lunch nap. Just a quick bit of shuteye. Does a midday nap give you energy? I have difficulty taking a nap, but if it would help I would go back on 30+ years of body clock setting.
Do you take naps? Do they help you?
