I was just wondering as someone who experiences leg weakness sometimes when I'm walking what can I do to improve does anyone have suggestions or know what to do? When i go swimming it gets better for a day or two but it come right back for instance I cannot sometimes lift my foot as high as I want to but after swimming I can lift my foot as high as I want to. Does anybody have suggestions on what else I can do?
