There are several ways you can make your voice heard by the members of the Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology. This Committee is considering Jane Cordy’s Bill
S-204 calling for a national strategy on CCSVI.
First, you can send an email or fax to the office of the members of the Committee telling them that you support Bill S-204 and that you urge them to do the right thing and vote in favour of Bill S-204.
Second, you can call the the members of the Committee again telling them that you support Bill S-204 and urging them to do the right thing and vote in favour of Bill S-204.

Third, you can write a submission to the Committee. Written submissions must be sent to the Clerk of the Committee, Jessica Richardson, at richaj@sen.parl.gc.ca. Written submissions form part of the public record of the hearings and can be quoted by any Senator during the hearings. Examples of written submissions are available on CCSVI Ontario, however, you can write whatever you want. You can write about your quality of life now if you have been treated, you can write about your quality of life now if you haven’t been treated, or you can write about your experience with follow-up care or lack of follow-up care. Your written submission can contain what you would say to the Senators if you could talk to them face-to-face.
