From Alison Fisher and Dr. Franz Schelling

I love these studies confirming CCSVI but perhaps we should also be examining the cerebral veins inside the head itself, rather than just starting at the internal jugular veins. Dr Franz Schelling has suggested the confluence of the venous sinuses within the brain itself should not be overlooked. For patients who have issues in the sigmoid sinus, transverse sinus, galen vein, sagital sinus and so on what would consequences be of treating only jugulars? Poor outcomes in CCSVI? Problems with slow flow in the jugulars even after ballooning because of a stenosed, untreated sigmoid sinus for example? I worry patients are being under investigated or under treated. We already know from Dr Franz Schelling's review of the pathology of MS lesion formation that they are caused by inverted venous blood flow impacts. I wish research was going into the optimum ways of finding and treating these impacts... I do not understand how clinical trials of Doppler are going to bring comprehensive treatment (including cerebral veins) to patients sooner rather than later...
