These webisodes are pretty great. Jack talks honestly about his MS- showing his exercise routine, nutrition in ep. 2, and how his healthier/active lifestyle has helped him deal w/RRMS. One interesting moment in ep. 4 is a young woman talking about having a herniated disc which lead to her MS diagnosis.
