Time for common sense. If MS immune modulating drugs do not stop disease progression, but high doses of a b vitamin (biotin) appear to heal ischemic damage from low oxygen and low blood flow to the brain while preventing further MS progression, doesn't looking at cerebral blood flow and ischemia in MS make sense? Wouldn't nutritional, life style, and environmental means which reverse slowed cerebral blood flow make sense? Wouldn't looking at the vasculature and considering blood flow in all people with MS make sense? We can turn this ship around. 60 years of EAE has been long enough, as it hasn't healed anyone with MS. Spread the word. #HeartBrainConnection #turnthisshiparound
