"Among the most eagerly awaited will be results from the so-called REFLEXION trial of interferon beta-1a (Rebif) for delaying onset of definite multiple sclerosis (MS) in patients with early signs of the disease." Really? Is this the best neurology can offer MS research? Giving immune modulating drugs before a clinical diagnosis? What about understanding MS pathogenesis first? Time for a change.....
