10 years ago it was reasonably clear that the CRAB drugs did little if anything for slowing MS progression. Five years ago it was basically a certainty they were basically worthless. So why did the neurologists wait so long before owning up to the obvious.
The answer is the arrival of all the new and more expensive MS drugs they now want to sell persons with MS. Of course there is no evidence whatsoever that the new drugs slow MS progression and the arrival of progressive MS.
I expect 10 years from now the neurologists will admit the new drugs of today are worthless and will be selling the latest and even more expensive snake oil being churned out by their benefactors at Big Pharma.
