Wonderful news from CNHS regarding upcoming conference, Vancouver Oct. 17-18!
Canadian Neurovascular Health Society
We are pleased to announce the availability of Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits to qualifying practitioners who attend our upcoming conference, Neurovascular Connections, in Vancouver, 17-18 October, 2015. Our conferences have been recognized by patients, practitioners, and researchers for their excellence in scientific quality and value over the past five years and we are honoured to take this next step to promote even more attendance and full participation from a diverse range of healthcare practitioners. Educating practitioners will result in better patient care.

Patients: please encourage your health team practitioners to attend!

Practitioners will be eligible for up to 12 hours of CME credit if they attend the conference and pay the additional CME credit fee of $50. Attendees not seeking CME credit need to purchase only the regular conference registration for $125.

It is the practitioner's responsibility to check with their appropriate licensing board to ensure they are eligible to receive these credits. CNHS is accredited to offer CME credit through Westbrook University.

Information and ticket purchase, including the CME credit add-on fee, can be found at:
