CCSVI in Multiple Sclerosis
New research from the Karolinska Institute confirms Dr. Richard Weller's research. UV rays are essential for human health, outside of vitamin D, via released nitric oxide from the skin. There are real health dangers in not getting enough sunshine. "There are three big lifestyle factors [that endanger health]: smoking, being overweight, and inactivity," he said. "Now we know there is a fourth — avoiding sun exposure." Movement, sunshine, whole foods, smoking cessation--all part of The Endothelial Health Program, created to increase nitric oxide bioavailabilty. Researchers find that over 20 years, women with greater sun exposure live longer and have lower risk for cardiovascular disease and noncancer/non-CVD diseases than sun avoiders.
