Check out this link and watch the upright MRI imaging of how the neck and brain are connected by the newly discovered "myodural bridge." Fascinating, and provides new insight into how the neck and brain health are linked.
CCSVI Alliance
Looking at neck headache causes........

Since 2011, the Alliance has been interested in the cranio-cervical junction (CCJ) and how anomolies in this region affect the fluid dynamics in the brain (arterial/venous blood flow and cerebrospinal fluid). Dr Scott Rosa has been our mentor who has graciously shared his findings as they apply to neurological disease.
Today, Dr Chris Centano's (orthopedic interventionist) blog posting shows one of Dr Rosa's cine upright MRI images of a patient suffering from headaches (non MS related). I believe you will find the information extremely interesting. The muscle anomaly at the CCJ would have never been seen on the recumbant MRI.

Some of our readers will recognize Dr Centano's name -- he is world renown for his research and use of platelet and stem cells in orthopedic non-surgical, non-invasive procedures.
