CCSVI in Multiple Sclerosis
The Department of Neurology at the University of Buffalo is conducting a 5 year longitudinal study of cerebral microbleeds in multiple sclerosis. Cerebral microbleeds were shown to be related to disease progression and disability in a prior UB study of over 400 patients with MS. #HeartBrainConnection #MSisVascular Cerebral microbleeds are associated with increased physical and cognitive disability in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS), according to new research from the Department of Neurology.
