Staying away from inflammatory foods is key. Joan Scientists have discovered that a protein in wheat triggers the inflammation of chronic health conditions, such as multiple sclerosis, asthma and rheumatoid arthritis, and also contributes towards the development of non-celiac gluten sensitivity.
