Are you over 18 and have Multiple Sclerosis (MS)? You are invited to participate in a research study looking at speech pathology-related symptoms in persons with MS. In this study, you will complete an anonymous online questionnaire with questions covering topics regarding swallowing, voice, language and speech. The information gathered will be used to evaluate the appropriateness and accuracy of the questionnaire. The questionnaire will take approximately 15 to 25 minutes to complete. If you leave your e-mail address at the end of the questionnaire, you will be contacted two weeks later to complete a shorter questionnaire. This will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
