Rule out/Rule in or ignore?
All the Mainstream Medical literature, the MS Societies, Neurologists and GP's agree that to pass the exam for MS all other mimics must be ruled out!
Is CCSVI a mimic of MS OR is MS a mimic of CCSVI?
Is this happening ............ or about to be the case?
The Jama paper just published acknowledges that CCSVI is common in MS patients and there are treatment options after a thorough assessment process which requires PTA and I personally believe that IVIS is required to create a Gold Standard International treatment protocol.
