Heading this months featured headlines is the rewriting of the prestigious Oxford Textbook of Vascular Surgery to include a full chapter on Chronic Cerebrospinal Venous Insufficiency (CCSVI) that puts to rest much of the early scepticism and misinformation regarding the impact of vascular irregularities on MS progression
