Magnesium deficiency, Iron metabolism & chronic inflammation

Without Magnesium there would be NO life/health on earth - it’s the Master Mineral, which regulates over 800 enzyme reaction. That's how important Magnesium is and to make Iron bio-available/none-toxic/the center piece of every human blood cell, Magnesium (together with REAL vitamin C & A/Retinol, animal source) HAS TO BE around in sufficient amounts to produce a ferroxidase enzyme/copper-carrying protein called Ceruloplasmin in the first place where it can be bound to at the end.
Bound/bio-available Iron & Copper is life, unbound/bio-unavailable Fe & Cu is not and people who are suffering from "MS", Diabetes, Cancer you name it, are anemic (lack of BOUND Iron/hemoglobin in blood serum) at one hand and Iron/Copper toxic (overload of UNBOUND Fe/Cu where it doesn't belong to, like in brain tissue) on the other hand.
That's the perfect recipe for EVERY disease, because without bound Copper you can't fight bacteria & viruses like CPn or Lyme and without bound Iron you won’t get enough oxygen in your body tissue either but on the other hand you will be overloaded with unbound, toxic Fe & Cu, which is oxidative stress pure and fuel for EVERY inflammation.

There would be NO life/health on earth without Magnesium - It’s that important!
