Nicoletta Mantovani, a patient of Dr. Zamboni's and celebrity in Italy, as the widow of legendary tenor Luciano Pavarotti, was interviewed on Italian TV on Domenica Live (Sunday live) regarding her MS recovery. She spoke about how her life has changed since her CCSVI was treated with an open vein replacement surgery in 2012. She looks wonderful, energized and spoke with Dr. Zamboni, blowing him a kiss at the end of the interview. The interview is in Italian, but it's easy to see the appreciation and affection she has for Dr. Zamboni. I know most people think CCSVI research is "over", but in all honesty, it is only just beginning. Here's hoping for more moving recovery stories from every continent.
