'Anemia of Chronic Inflammation Assessment', by Morley Robbins

There are FIVE markers that I use to assess "Anemia of Chronic Inflammation":

o LOW Mag RBC, exp. when <5.5mg/dL
o LOW (<22) or HIGH (>30) Ceruloplasmin
o LOW serum Iron (<60)
o LOW % Sat (<20%)
o LOW Ferritin (<20)

A significant % of clients meet 4-5 of those conditions & routinely respond WELL to the Cp protocol that is designed to MOBILIZE STORED IRON.

The prevalence of NON-FUNCTIONAL, BUT STORED IRON (in the Liver, Kidneys, Pancreas, Spleen, Endocrines, Joints & Brain, to name but a few sites of storage...) is a Pandemic on this Planet. And what makes Iron FUNCTIONAL, for a fact, is bioavailable Copper & optimal Magnesium. A myopic focus on just Iron markers, imho, is WHY there are SOOOOO many folks suffering from Iron-induced Oxidative Stress, which as you know, is the gateway to metabolic chaos in the body...

Understanding Iron metabolism requires LATERAL thinking, getting BEYOND single markers, and using MULTIPLE minerals to assess functionality...https://www.facebook.com/groups/MagnesiumAdvocacy/permalink/1148057815262286/?comment_id=1148694251865309&reply_comment_id=1151161698285231&comment_tracking=%7B%22tn%22%3A%22R%22%7D
