From the moment we contacted WorldMed we were assured of the care that I would receive. They were thorough on every detail and answered questions via email or phone very quickly and efficiently. We flew into Cancun and then traveled to Merida for my treatment. The only difficulty we ran into was figuring out where the bus counter was that we were supposed to go to. I would have clearer instructions or maybe a WorldMed person there to help out. Other than that, our guide or helper in Merida was extremely friendly and thorough. The lady who organized our bus and trip was also very friendly and thorough - we knew we could walk over to the hospital and get any of our questions answered immediately. I received excellent care from the knowledgeable doctors. They explained every aspect of my care very thoroughly and although the nurses did not speak any English, they had cards to help them communicate with us and were friendly as well. All in all we were very happy and would recommend this place to anyone.
