Diet Update

Hello old friends.

It has been a while since we talked.

First, diet update.

I have more energy.  I am moving better in the morning.  And I generally feel better.

Vanity time.

My weight has varied since my teens, usually dependent on diet and/or exercise.

In high school my weight went over 200 pounds. Then I played football and it dropped to 175.

Then grew to over 200.

As an adult, over 240.

Diet, exercise,190s

Met wife, dropped to 180s.

Got comfortable in relationship, stopped exercising, 260+.

To quote Joan Rivers, the body said "Thank God."

Then got diagnosed with MS.

Saw my picture in the paper and saw the need for change.  2 years later to 185 with diet and treadmill.

Got lazy and MS got worse, over 230.

Current diet, no exercise possible, down to 190 as I type.

What am I eating?  Healthy I think.  Lots of colored vegetables.  Mostly natural meats, few fast food resturants.  Few processed foods.

Water with no sodas, diary or coffee.

I just feel better.
