I encourage people to first try and find the reason for their particular problem. Everyone is different. Have MRI, Xrays, done of your spine, neck, head. Get the right people to review your films. Have at least a few people look at them. See if the atlas is misaligned. Maybe a bone is compressing CSF or a vein blocking blood flow. Maybe they is a malformation of a vein. Unless you know exactly what the problem is you might be spending money on treatments that are ineffective. And angioplasty is not cheap.
