CCSVI in Multiple Sclerosis
Australian researchers find CCSVI in 4 out of 5 people with Multiple Sclerosis. The Alfred Hospital (Melbourne) commenced a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in September 2012. It is anticipated that when complete, 160 people with MS will have been treated and observed over a two-year period. Funding is secured for the initial cohort of 30 people and CCSVI Australia continue to work to raise the remaining A$335,000.
