Our pilot study demonstrated that the reestablishment of a normal cerebrospinal venous return by means of PTA dramatically reduced fatigue perception in a group of MS patients with associated CCSVI both in acute and in the long-term, suggesting that fatigue is probably a symp- tom related to CCSVI.
