Thanks to Janet Greico for speaking to the press about her positive results from PTA.
Science is not "belief". Science has recently proven that the brain has lymphatic vessels, which drain into the jugular veins. Science has proven that a majority of pwMS have venous malformations (closed valves, stenotic vessels) and that PTA can help half of these people maintain better cerebral blood flow. THIS IS ALL IN THE ACTUAL JAMA PAPER. https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamaneurology/fullarticle/2664001#editorial-comment-tab

Belief is insisting that the EAE mouse model created in the 1940s is MS in humans, even though there has never been any proof that MS is autoimmune. Belief is giving pwMS ever more toxic drugs, in the hopes of anhiliating some rogue immune cells, without understanding the brain's newly discovered immune system and the protective and healing nature of lymphocytes.

I would suggest that the "believers" who insist on an MS therapy which doesn't work are neurologists. The rest of us are following the science into the brain's lymphatics, the newly discovered vessels which rely on venous flow, and the connection of the heart/brain/immune system, via endothelial cell health. #HeartBrainConnection #Onward
Study finds controversial MS therapy doesn't work, but belief in it persists
For eight years, the unorthodox theory that narrowed veins cause some cases of multiple sclerosis has been driving research. Now, a definitive study had debunked the theory. But that doesn't mean it will die.
