I called S erona to tell them I would be dropping my dosage from 44ug to 22ug they asked why and I told them the side effects are awful and I have been depressed ever since I started them two years ago, but when I was on the 22ug to start I tolerated it just fine so I don't know why they increased my dosage. The lady said it is because it is proven to work better I said but I have not had a good day since I started and I am depressed she then told me that I better not just stop taking it as I will have a very bad relapse. I do not understand why they would say that as I did quit with no relapse and now I read lots of people have quit with no issues.
I was going to go on the lower does as the lady I talked made me very nervous to just quit, but I got the drug interaction print out this time with my scrip (which I normally do not get cause it is an old scrip) and when I read it, over the past two years I have had some of the very serious side effects that you are supposed to notify your doctor for. Well I have told my doctors and they say oh it ok just keep doing it well this time I am not going to continue on Rebif. My family doctor is aware of the fact that I do not want to continue and thankfully he is also supportive and told me he would like to keep very close tabs on me and any changes that may arrive. Basically I am interested on the stories of others good or bad who have quite taking one of the CRAB drugs.
