This Friday I saw Angie LaGace at BVI and took her a gift. She said she was overwhelmed by gifts of angel tree ornaments and bottles of wine.

She also told me that my veins are clear. WOO HOO! When I asked her what the restenosis rate was at BVI, to date, guess what she said? ............................. 1%! What? 1%? Really? That's phenomenal!!! She thought it had a lot to do with balloon sizes being 16 & 18. She was also training a Sonographer from Long Island for Dr. Sclafani, as he is opening up a private practice in New York City!

As for me, since my procedure November 4th, I no longer have daily wicked headaches! (I woke up to them every morning for at least the last 5 years, maybe 10). I can hold my bladder for up to 6 hours now too. Eliminating caffeine may be helping this along. I am riding a Theracycle thanks to Trish & Bob McCallum, who have been wonderful inspiration & resource.

I am so glad I I cashed in some of my RSP's and had the procedure. I will let you know when I start using my walker again and wear some snug, butt hugging Levis! Man I miss those.
