Happy New Year to all! We hope that 2011 is a breakthrough year in availability for testing and treatment for MS sufferers everywhere.

CCSVI continues to be in the news - check out this story about the  FDA approval of the potentially lethal drug Tysabri for treating MS. What is interesting here is that, n making its decision, the scientists and doctors advising the Food and Drug Administration said, in effect, that patients and their physicians should have the right to decide whether the considerable benefits the drug offers outweigh risks that can perhaps be reduced but not totally avoided.  Now that's an attitude that would benefit the current contentious discussion around the risks and efficacy of CCSVI intervention, yes?

Join the more than 600 patients who have attended the Angeles Health International Webinar series. The CCSVI  medical team at Hospital Angeles, the largest private hospital network in Mexico,  will have a Q&A session for CCSVI intervention. Webinar attendees automatically get a $500 credit towards their CCSVI program; additional credit opportunities are available for patients able to book for the upcoming CCSVI Demontration Sessions held January 15, 16 and 17 at Hospital Angeles Tijuana, just 20 minutes from downtown San Diego.
