Please join us for the first ever CCSVI in Seattle Provider and Patient Information Night. Our event will include a live interview via Skype with David R. Hubbard, M.D. and Founder of the Hubbard Foundation in San Diego, CA.As well as presentations by:Marie A. Rhodes, RN and author of CCSVI As the Cause of Multiple Sclerosis: The Science Behind the Controversial Theory.Eric Feigenbutz, RVT and President of Arizona Doppler Specialists, LLC in Phoenix and Tucson, AZ. Michael Lavor, M.D., F.A.C.S., of Saguaro Surgical in Tucson, Arizona. A patient representative from Vascular Access Center in Tukwila, WA.And more information from the CCSVI Alliance.We are still sorting out the order of speakers and the official names of presentations, so please stay tuned. We will know more in the next few days.Important details: Due to limited space and the professional nature of this meeting, we ask that attendees bring only one guest and be sure they are over the age of 18, unless they are a CCSVI or MS patient under the age of 18. Extra info for out of town travelers:Special rates have been negotiated with the nearby SpringHill Suites Seattle Downtown for those attending this event. All of their rooms are accessible, but they do recommend calling (rather than emailing) if you need a bathroom with a roll-in tub and/or shower. Each reservation includes a hot buffet breakfast. Parking is $20/night with in and out privileges. King Suite for $95/night.Double Suite for $95/night.Be sure to mention that you are part of the CCSVI group and reserve by January 13th!
