I was tested in Rhode Island and have blockage.  I was accepted into their research program for safety.  I am excited to say that I will be meeting with the vascular surgeon next week and will then be set up for the CCSVI procedure.  I was told it should be done by the end of March.  I am very excited and hope that this procedure for MS patient gets approved soon.  I am sooo upset that we, MSers, are being discriminated upon.  This is proven to work on some, helping some if not all of the symptoms, what is the problem.  Do you know who many procedures do not go thru such trials?  Many vascuar procedures have not.  Suprised, I'm not.  Who is really behind the need for research to provide that it does or doesn't work.  What procedure promises 100%.  Not many.
