Here in Calgary there is a private 72 bed hospital with 6 fully opperational opperating suites that is ready and available for occupancy. (It was built to facilitate private hip and knee replacement surguries until the government backed out of the deal and tanked the tenant.)

With the approval of the clinical traials, who can you reccommend who needs a facility of this size to undertake the treatments for people?
