Challenge to all CCSVI Foundation of Canada Members
To all the Fellows in CCSVI Foundation Canada,
I am writing to request your participation in a Canada wide challenge. I am challenging my fellows to help me in getting going a Canada Wide Bottle Drive from Coast to Coast to help us raise more funds that we need for the CCSVI Foundation of Canada to continue to help our fellow MS friends go abroad and be treated properly for their CCSVI. We all know that it is NOT happening anytime soon in Canada. We loose fellow MS Friends every month to this awful disease so we need to help those who wish for this treatment and get optimum blood flow restored to their bodies. The CCSVI Foundation of Canada has helped many patients to date financially in various ways be able to get this done and we want to continue to help even more but we need to all work together to make this happen.
We need a combined effort to raise funds for this. We have had numerous generous donations from the Synergy Health Concepts team in California and if you were treated somewhere else then you need to please ask your Doctor or their practice to do the same. They all make money off of us going abroad and so far to date only one practice has generously given back to us as patients for this cause for our Foundation.
So that is where you all come in. We now have as of today’s date 191 Fellows listed. I know this time of year we all have bottles/cans etc that we save for recycling and get some $$ back from that and I am asking for each one of us to help raise $100 each by September 30th/11. It’s not hard to do and many of us can not donate money out of our own bank accounts but we can do this and ask our family/friends to also help us in this to generate a Canada Wide Bottle Drive. I have asked my local Sarcan where we all in our small community take our bottles in if they will let me hang up a poster to ask others in the community for their help in this and keep a money jar that I will collect weekly as well and am going to ask my Church to ask the members of our congregation to join in, my hairdresser, my massage therapist etc. Its not hard to do but you just need to take the time to ask and get the ball rolling so to speak. Please help us out and make a difference in the lives of others and help them get their blocked veins fixed that every other person in Canada can have today and has had past 30 years but because we have the “label” of MS we can not get this vascualr procedure here in our own country.
