I've spent years feeling like the scientific community has ignored progressive ms. Turns out, according to this, investigations BEGAN with progressive MS, and when they couldn't stop it, they turned to preventing r/r from progressing. Still feel, however, that primary ms doesn't get the same attention as secondary.
