Dr. Schelling reads Marie's new book!!!

Dr Schelling Weighs in...
This note originally appeared on my personal  page because I accidentally posted it there.  I am copying it here so it lives here too... I'll get the hang of this thing yet..   I  recieved a very kind query about my book from F. Alfons Schelling MD, the author of the book about MS as a venous disease published in '03 titled "Multiple Sclerosis:Tthe Image and Its Message". This book, available online and one of the resources I used for my own work, was an important review of the venous aspects of multiple sclerosis over history.  Dr Schelling paid a terrible personal price for his advocacy of the venous model: he lost his position was personally ruined for daring to want to research the venous drainage from the skull in MS patients.     Dr Schelling wanted to know what my review of the newer work by Zamboni revealed. I asked him if he wanted to have a pre-release version of the book to read. He said yes, and read it in a few days.   He agreed to let my copy his kind words for others to read:   -Quote "Congratulations! This book gives an exceptionally well-informed, critically balanced update on the state of the art in CCSVI-research. Whether medical expert or MS patient, I can't imagine anyone being interested in MS and CCSVI who would not greatly benefit from it. Struggling to discover what MS, be it vein-conditioned or not, ultimately is, here I learned how a soberly thinking CCSVI patient thinks and feels - and what ought to be done about it.   I would be delighted if I could buy a personally signed copy of your book. ...." -end quote     I am honored that Dr Schelling spoke this way of my effort.   It seems to be an eternity as we wait for the final stages of publishing to play out... I can't wait for MS patients who don't know me to have their chance to review it also... Marie
