Inflammation in multiple sclerosis has been studied ad nauseam -- does it start before or after neurodegeneration? what causes the inflammation? Many of the disease modifying drugs decrease the inflammation, but in some instances at a high risk.
We would like to introduce the work of Dr Jacek Hawiger, University of Vanderbilt who has been studying inflammation for thirty years. Within the next year, we will be hearing more about N50 peptide as a new tool to modulate inflammatory disorders. The good news is N50 peptide has very low levels of toxicity. We will keep you updated as new information is released and can be shared in the public domain.
